tracking the progress of your application. Please

and complete the ACCA Declaration Sheet
- Enclose
all appropriate documentation (e.g. proof
of qualifications)
- Enclose
your initial subscription fee or fill in
your credit card details
- Return
your form to ACCA in the UK.

will be allocated a unique reference number
by e-mail. Please keep a note of this reference
number as you can use it to track your application
on the web.
